Are you ready for Institutdysten to take over SDU once again? A day filled with competitions and fun
Til Institutdysten konkurrerer institutterne i diverse dyste, herunder volleyball, quiz, kongespil, giant pong og tovtrækning. Derudover er der hvert år en skæv, sjov eller anderledes wildcard competition on the program...
True to tradition, the festivities end with the most important competition of all: THE SOAPBOX RACE! After which this year's winners are announced, and they get the honor of lifting the trophy of Institutdysten.
There are of course coveted prizes from our sponsors in all competitions.

Skulle du få brug for at slukke tørsten eller sulten, er der både madbod og bar med studievenlige priser.
It's completely free to participate in both the competitions and festivities, so grab your fellow students and join us for the most fun day at SDU!
Guidelines
There are a few guidelines we expect visitors to the site to follow.
All guests are welcome
...but participation in the disciplines is reserved for students at SDU
New clothes?
Unfortunately, changing rooms are NOT available on site
Beverages?
Glass bottles and cans are not allowed on site!
