Wellbeing Week
Trivselsugen er et initiativ, der blev skabt i 2021 under COVID-19-pandemien for at sætte mere fokus på de studerendes trivsel og mentale sundhed.
Why a wellbeing week?
Hos Syddanske Studerende mener vi, at de studerendes trivsel er en vigtig del af en berigende oplevelse som studerende og er afgørende for den studerende og den tid de bruger til at studere. Derfor besluttede vi at afsætte en uge til at sætte fokus på dette emne.
Hvert år i uge 11 er vi værter for en uge fyldt med aktiviteter, seminarer, sammenkomster og meget mere, hvor vi både fokuserer på trivsel samt hjælper med at bringe studerende sammen for at lære mere om sig selv, trivsel og med mål om at skabe flere forbindelser mellem studerende undervejs.

Activities
Below are a number of examples of activities we have done during previous wellbeing weeks:

Dinner and movie
We provided free movie entertainment and dinner, with free popcorn and soft drinks.

Lectures with celebrities and experts
We have previously invited a number of speakers to talk about well-being - including Emil Thorup and author and stress counselor Storm Steensgard.

Volleybal tournament
We've hosted volleyball tournaments in the past with free lunch, refreshments and prizes to top it off!

Friday Bar with Concert
Together with Nedeunder, we hosted Friday bar fun with competitions, live music and plenty of drinks for everyone to enjoy.
